A message from our Founder
Hi, I’m Antoinette — the heart behind Established Hands Home Healthcare. Before starting this agency, I spent years working as a Licensed Professional Counselor, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. During that time, I saw just how connected our emotional and physical well-being truly are. When someone struggles with isolation, limited mobility, or a loss of independence, it can take a toll on their mental health. And when mental health needs go unmet, it can make physical conditions even harder to manage.
Those experiences opened my eyes and ultimately guided me toward a deeper calling — to help people feel supported, cared for, and understood in every area of their lives. Established Hands was created from that place of compassion and purpose. My goal is simple: to improve the quality of life and bring peace of mind to every client and family we serve.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me volunteering, exploring new places, teaching, or enjoying all kinds of music. Caring for others has always been a part of who I am, and I’m honored to bring that passion into the homes of those who need it most.
